Muqianzi Ye did her bachelor’s degree in applied chemistry at Tianjin University of Technology in 2023. Following this, she joined Master’s in drug discovery and development course at the University of Leeds in 2023. Muqianzi’s final dissertation project is under the supervision of Prof Thomas Chamberlain and Prof Andrew Nelson. The project focuses on the synthesis and characterization of water soluble fullerene derivatives and evaluation of their toxicity to bio-membranes.
