MY obtained his PhD in chemical engineering from the School of Chemical and Process Engineering, University of Leeds, Leeds, United Kingdom. The main research topic includes the optimisation of the removal of cesium and strontium using natural clinoptilolite zeolite materials in several techniques. He has ten years of experience as a chemical and nuclear engineer, research carried out on radiation protection, nuclear waste management and decommissioning.
He is currently working on the EPSRC Cognitive Chemical Manufacturing grant and as a Junior Researcher at Research Center for Nuclear Fuel Cycle and Radioactive Waste Technology, Research Organization for Nuclear Energy, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), South Tangerang, Indonesia.
