Lawrie Green is an undergraduate student entering the third year of his degree at the University of Leeds. Through his studies, he has developed an interest and built strong foundations in quantum mechanics and physical chemistry.

This summer, Lawrie is undertaking the Quantum Dot Synthesis in Continuous Flow: Self-Optimising Manufacturing Platforms project under the supervision of Prof Tom Chamberlain and Dr Andrea Laybourn. He is looking forward to developing his research skills and gaining hands on experience in continuous flow synthesis and nanomaterials research.
