Asantewaa Ntiamoah is an MChem student at the University of Leeds, expected to graduate in 2027. During her third year, she completed an exchange year at the University of Hong Kong, where she investigated anthocyanins as natural alternatives to synthetic UV filters in sunscreen, using in vitro UV-Vis spectroscopy assays to assess their UV absorption and photostability. 

She is currently undertaking her master’s project under the supervision of Associate Professor Andrea Laybourn and Professor Tom Chamberlain, focusing on the Telescoped Continuous Flow Synthesis of Metal-Organic Frameworks.
